 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 1. Python Development:
 
 
 &bull; Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and tools.
 
 
 &bull; Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices.
 
 
 &bull; Integrate third-party APIs and libraries as needed.
 
 
 &bull; Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization.
 
 
 2. Generative AI Development:
 
 
 &bull; Develop and fine-tune generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
 
 
 &bull; Implement machine learning algorithms and deploy AI-powered solutions for specific business requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, Transformers).
 
 
 &bull; Build custom AI models and pipelines to address domain-specific challenges.
 
 
 3. Collaboration:
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate AI models into applications.
 
 
 &bull; Participate in Agile workflows, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
 
 
 4. Deployment &amp; Maintenance:
 
 
 &bull; Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor system performance and optimize scalability and reliability.
 
 
 &bull; Troubleshoot issues in production and implement fixes.
 
 
 5. Documentation:
 
 
 &bull; Create comprehensive documentation for AI models, tools, and code.
 
 
 &bull; Provide guidelines for users and teams for seamless integration and usage.
 
 
 6. L3 Support:
 
 
 &bull; Investigate, diagnose, and resolve advanced issues related to GenAI solutions, Python applications, and AWS infrastructure.
 
 
 &bull; Provide root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and ensure quick turnaround for issue resolution.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with L1/L2 teams and developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
 
 
 &bull; Development and Automation:
 
 
 &bull; Develop, test, and deploy Python-based scripts, applications, and workflows.
 
 
 &bull; Automate routine tasks and implement monitoring tools to ensure system reliability.
 
 
 &bull; AWS Cloud Management:
 
 
 &bull; Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker,EMR,Redshift etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Optimize AWS services for cost efficiency and performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 &bull; Strong proficiency in Python programming and frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django).
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, CloudFormation).
 
 
 &bull; Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or custom LLMs).
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of AI/ML solutions.
 
 
 &bull; Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
 
 
 &bull; Soft Skills:
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
 
 
 &bull; Education and Experience:
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull; 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in AWS and AI/ML technologies.
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 &bull; Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer).
 
 
 &bull; Certification in AI/ML or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning).
