 Business Analyst (BA)
 
 with strong communication skills and hands-on expertise in requirement gathering for web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working across multiple industries and managing client interactions independently within a
 
 service-based company environment
 
 .
 
 
 Describe Skill and Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have worked in service-based companies, handling multiple projects and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven domain experience in FinTech, Real Estate, Education, and E-commerce or similar sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate directly with clients (written &amp; spoken English must be excellent) and finalize project requirements independently &mdash; no need for senior BA or PM involvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in preparing documentation such as Scope of Work (SOW), BRD, FRS/FSD, SRS/SRD, and wireframes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in writing requirements for both Web and Mobile Application projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design sessions with clients and internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, and sign-off.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have a good understanding of technology stacks to recommend suitable tech solutions based on project needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness or exposure to modern technologies like AI, Blockchain, and IoT is an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and client communications independently and proactively.
 </li>
