1. Sales Generation:&middot; Create strategies to meet given sales targets and expand the customer base.&middot; Drive sales through direct interactions with end users and system integrators.&middot; Identify and create new sales opportunities mainly through new physical visits, cold calls and direct mail campaigns.&middot; You are required to prepare proposals by conducting initial studies and estimates through established questionnaires and data collection, necessary for submitting a techno-commercial offer.2. ROI Analysis:&middot; Prepare detailed Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for every project using company provided formats. Ensure ROI documents are treated as confidential and are not shared outside authorized channels.&middot; Secure Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from customers before sharing sensitive product and solution information.3. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities:&middot; Oversee pre-sales and post-sales activities, including presentations, submission of techno- commercial proposals, negotiations and closure of orders through effective communication and follow-up.&middot; Collaborate with support team members to ensure seamless project implementation by our technical team.&middot; Take on additional responsibilities aligned with your role and organizational needs.&middot; Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.4. Reporting and Documentation:&middot; Report directly to the Sales Head or designated management.&middot; Update the CRM on a daily basis&middot; Present detailed reports during weekly meetings, including prospects generated, activities performed, orders closed, invoicing, follow-ups, and sales projections.&middot; Use prescribed formats for presentations in meetings held in weekly meetings.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.&middot; Proven experience in sales with clear passion for sales profession only need apply&middot; Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.&middot; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.&middot; Experience in Software / IT Solutions is a MUST.
