Our company executes projects across Pakistan in industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Engineer to help expand our client base, develop relationships with contractors and consultants, and secure new project opportunities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.</li><li>Build relationships with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, project owners, and developers.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential projects and clients.</li><li>Visit client offices, construction sites, and industrial facilities to introduce company services.</li><li>Monitor tender portals, procurement notices, and RFQs.</li><li>Prepare company introductions, capability presentations, and proposal submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with technical and management teams to prepare quotations and project proposals.</li><li>Maintain a database of leads, clients, and project opportunities.</li><li>Represent the company at industry meetings, networking events, and client meetings.</li></ul>Target Client Segments<ul><li>EPC Contractors</li><li>Industrial Plants &amp; Manufacturing Companies</li><li>Real Estate Developers</li><li>Engineering Consultants</li><li>Hydropower and Infrastructure Projects</li><li>Power Generation Companies</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years experience in business development, sales, or project coordination within construction or engineering sector</li><li>Strong communication and client relationship skills</li><li>Knowledge of Pakistan construction market and contractors is preferred</li><li>Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic proposal preparation</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working with EPC contractors or consultants</li><li>Understanding of fabrication, structural steel, or civil construction works</li><li>Knowledge of tendering processes and vendor registration</li><li>Ability to identify project opportunities and develop client relationships</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding engineering company</li><li>Exposure to large industrial and infrastructure projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
