The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure smooth onboarding processes, and assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle &ndash; sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.</li><li>Manage onboarding formalities including document collection, background verification, and induction coordination.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.</li></ul>HR Operations:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.</li><li>Support HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leaves.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll/finance for employee-related inputs.</li></ul>Employee Engagement:<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.</li><li>Gather feedback through surveys or interactions to improve engagement programs.</li><li>Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and share periodic HR reports as required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
