The person will use his expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities.Responsibilities<ul><li>Make cold and warm calls to prospective leads and follow up with potential and existing customers</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services</li><li>Assist in preparing basic cost&ndash;benefit explanations for customers</li><li>Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Support the development of new customer accounts and maintain existing relationships</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems</li><li>Build positive, long-term relationships with customers through effective communication</li></ul>To Be Successful, the Candidate Should Have<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Confidence in speaking with customers (in person and over the phone)</li><li>Sales-oriented and target-focused mindset</li><li>Willingness to learn sales techniques and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)</li><li>0&ndash;6 months experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage but not required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
