We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and themes.</li><li>Build custom WordPress plugins and modules as per project requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.</li><li>Optimize websites for maximum speed, SEO, and performance.</li><li>Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Work with APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure data security.</li><li>Debug issues, perform code reviews, and maintain best development practices.</li><li>Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.</li><li>Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.</li><li>Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce integrations is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.</li><li>Knowledge of WordPress security best practices and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience with version control systems (Git).</li><li>Familiarity with REST API integration.</li><li>Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with Shopify, Laravel, or other CMS.</li><li>Exposure to headless WordPress development (React, Next.js).</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and debugging skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
