We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be an expert multitasker with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to staff and clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>General Office Administration: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.</li><li>Well-versed in office repair and maintenance activities.</li><li>Maintain and update company filing systems.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls and other inquiries.</li><li>Greet visitors and provide basic reception services.</li><li>Ensure proper document retention and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Support for Staff and Management: Provide administrative assistance to staff and management as needed.</li><li>Other Duties: Assist with onboarding new employees.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Matric/FA degree.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple work simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs37,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you Married or Single?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Middle School (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Admin Assistant: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Moter Bike License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
