*This position will be onsite M-F 8am - 5pm*</div><div></div><div>
JOB SUMMARY</div><div></div><div>
Install, configure and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems.</div><div></div><div>
RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS</div><ul><li>
Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment when necessary.</li><li>
Perform DUO administration for users switching phones or needing resets.</li><li>
Perform laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees</li><li>
Provide encryption keys to users as required</li><li>
Provide support and troubleshooting for all company hardware and software</li><li>
Install and configure desktop software</li><li>
Manage Desktop Support incident queue in Service Now completing or assigning tickets as necessary</li><li>
Update tasks with periodic problem status and resolution information</li><li>
Recommend equipment purchases as needed</li><li>
Perform asset management tasks as required</li><li>
Perform inventory of computer supplies as required</li><li>
Perform necessary Windows updates</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul><div></div><div>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</div><div></div><ul><li>
Education: Associates degree in related field or equal years of field experience</li><li>
2 Years of Experience and A+ Certification Preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of specific systems or technologies / years or level of experience with each required</li></ul><div></div><div>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</div><div>
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</div><div>
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times and push a cart containing equipment.</div><div></div><div><i>
