 Tecnimont is a leading engineering and construction company with a strong global presence, committed to providing high-quality and reliable services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials and equipment in and out of the company's facilities and project sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for customs clearance and documentation for international shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the storage and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve logistics and supply chain issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and ensure logistics requirements are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for handling and transporting materials and equipment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
