Location: Peachtree City, GA AreaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout UsConcrete LLC is a growing concrete and construction company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Georgia. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support daily operations, customer communications, scheduling, and administrative functions.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, follows instructions well, and is comfortable using modern technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and customer service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming customer calls and respond professionally to inquiries.</li><li>Schedule estimates and maintain the company calendar.</li><li>Coordinate project schedules with customers and field crews.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after projects.</li><li>Read, organize, and respond to emails.</li><li>Follow up on estimates and customer inquiries.</li><li>Prepare and organize accounts payable for management review and approval.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing for a small team.</li><li>Maintain customer and project records.</li><li>Track outstanding estimates and follow-up opportunities.</li><li>Assist with vendor communications and material orders.</li><li>Support the owner with administrative and operational tasks.</li><li>Help implement systems and processes to improve office efficiency.</li><li>Assist with marketing efforts, social media, customer reviews, and business development initiatives (preferred but not required).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Professional phone and email etiquette.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office software.</li><li>Ability to learn construction industry terminology and processes.</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft emails, follow-ups, customer communications, and administrative documents.</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow directions.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or home services industries.</li><li>Experience with scheduling crews and coordinating projects.</li><li>Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable experience.</li><li>Payroll experience.</li><li>Marketing and social media experience.</li><li>CRM or project management software experience.</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and willing to grow with the company.
