Tecovas is looking for a Product Manager, Ecommerce to lead cross functional initiatives that sit at the intersection of AI, site merchandising, resale, testing, and digital operations. This role is perfect for a systems-minded executor who can drive work forward across stakeholders and tools, while shaping the foundation for new digital experiences that improve performance and reduce internal lift. Reporting directly to the Product Manager of Digital Experience, you will partner closely with engineering, creative, CX, and ecommerce to ship roadmap items that boost automation, support personalization, and expand our tooling and operational efficiency.

This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Drive cross-functional ecommerce initiatives related to automation, resale, attribution tooling, AI, and experimentation</li>
<li>Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear product documentation, development tickets, and prioritized backlog items, supporting QA through release
</li><li>Partner with Product and Project Managers on sprint planning, ensuring tickets are well-defined, prioritized by business need, and aligned with cross-functional dependencies
</li><li>Serve as the cross-functional lead for key digital projects, aligning teams across engineering, design, CX, merchandising, creative, and ecommerce, and acting as a decision maker on scope and execution
</li><li>Drive proper analytics tagging and event tracking in Google Tag Manager in partnership with the Sr. Digital Operations Specialist</li>
<li>Coordinate vendor implementation and testing for tools supporting A/B testing, SEO, AI search/cross-sell, and campaign optimization</li>
<li>Advocate for accurate merchandising and product data across systems, ensuring required assets and data are complete and usable across ecommerce experiences</li>
<li>Maintain roadmap visibility, project documentation, and progress tracking across tools such as monday.com, GitHub, and Figma</li>
<li>Partner with design and engineering to review UX/UI solutions and ensure new features align with site experience, merchandising strategy, and business goals</li>
<li>Own and continuously improve key ecommerce operational systems and internal documentation to streamline cross-team workflows and operational visibility</li>
</ul>
Experience we're looking for:
<ul>
<li>5-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product, or a cross-functional role blending product, marketing ops, or site optimization</li>
<li>Experience managing technical product delivery in collaboration with dev, design, and external vendors</li>
<li>Strong comfort owning complex cross-functional initiatives&mdash;especially those related to testing, automation, merchandising, or personalization</li>
<li>Familiarity with A/B testing tools, experimentation design, and conversion optimization</li>
<li>Working understanding of AI-enhanced platforms, technical SEO tools, or personalization systems</li>
</ul>

Product Manager, Ecommerce

We're looking for a talented Full-Time Assistant Store Manager that will contribute to a profitable and customer-centric environment through the development of a team and management of our total store operations. They will support product flow and apply merchant and customer service skills to curate a compelling in-store experience.

Responsibilities will include:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection</li>
<li>Demonstrates extraordinary service and acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values</li>
<li>Facilitates an energized pace, positive service environment and team development</li>
<li>Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail - such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines - to ensure a premium customer experience</li>
<li>Understands an OMNI Channel business - implements processes and utilizes tools to better service the customer</li>
</ul>
LEADERSHIP &amp; TEAM MANAGEMENT
<ul>
<li>Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent</li>
<li>Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy</li>
<li>Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork in order to ensure a seamless balance between operational, visual and customer priorities.</li>
<li>Provides real-time feedback, coaching and training to team members, escalating issues as needed to Store Manager</li>
</ul>
TRAINING &amp; DEVELOPMENT
<ul>
<li>Deliver world-class, in-person training (in conjunction with e-learning) to all new team members</li>
<li>Ensure timely completion of new hire training paths</li>
<li>Meet regularly with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team or field leaders to check in on team progress</li>
<li>Suggest improvements or new programs related to retail training</li>
<li>Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices</li>
<li>Work closely with store leadership to prepare, plan, schedule, and execute new hire training</li>
<li>Work closely with store leadership and HQ partners to facilitate and organize ongoing training in store locations, including training for new products and services</li>
<li>Attend regular training meetings to ensure understanding of necessary information</li>
</ul>
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
<ul>
<li>Productive planning, presetting, and on-time execution of visual directives</li>
<li>Submit store photos as requested and complete feedback given by HQ</li>
<li>Participate in visual training calls with HQ partners to support new product launches</li>
<li>Partner with store leadership team to ensure VM standards are upheld, and replenishment tasks are completed</li>
<li>Support store presentation through sell through and markdown cycles</li>
<li>Maintain in-store marketing elements and accurate presentation of store collateral</li>
<li>Work with store manager to ensure schedule is reflective of visual set times for product launches</li>
<li>Partner with store leaders for new hire visual training</li>
<li>Oversight of sales floor and windows to ensure proper lighting placement, store cleanliness, maintenance of window displays, and props</li>
</ul>
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
<ul>
<li>Upholds and ensures compliance with shipments, transfers and restock standards</li>
<li>Adheres to and develops awareness around internal and external Loss Prevention procedures</li>
<li>Set clear objectives and expectations to drive a consistent store experience and ensure excellent operational and visual standards</li>
<li>Encourage and demonstrate adaptability; positively effecting change and enabling the team to successfully execute a shared vision</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years Retail Management experience</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results</li>
<li>Proven record of hiring and developing great talent</li>
<li>Experienced in coaching, counseling &amp; conflict resolution</li>
<li>Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic</li>
<li>Utmost character, honesty, and transparency</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred)</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory.</li>
<li>Ability to deliver excellent customer service while implementing loss prevention practices</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and perform store maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location</li>
<li>Must be available to work 40 hours per week including weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed</li>
