What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Take direction from the foreman and complete assigned daily tasks.</li><li>
Use tools such as hammers, levels, squares, circular saws, and impact drills.</li><li>
Read and follow basic blueprints.</li><li>
Fabricate and alter parts at job sites using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.</li><li>
Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.</li><li>
Secure metal panels, connect steel mainframes and columns, and install siding and roofing.</li><li>
Operate mobile elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts).</li><li>
Cut insulation, frame doors and windows, and install fiberglass building insulation.</li><li>
Prepare and position materials for installation.</li><li>
Keep job sites clean and safe through debris control and organized work areas.</li><li>
Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.</li></ul> 

 What You Bring<ul><li>
Structural construction background (wood framing, steel, post and beam, etc.).</li><li>
Ability to lift/carry 75+ lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and work at heights.</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.</li><li>
Willingness to learn new skills and trades.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.</li></ul> 

 Work Environment &amp; Schedule<ul><li>
Outdoor work in varying conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).</li><li>
Exposure to dust, dirt, and hazardous materials.</li><li>
Work at elevated heights and in aerial lifts.</li><li>
Hours vary by season; some travel may be required.</li></ul>
