Part-Time Administrative AssistantThe City Teen Center Salina, KSAbout the Position:&middot; 24-28 Hours Per Week&middot; $20 to $22 Per Hour (depending on experience)&middot; 3 Weeks Paid VacationSupports the daily operations of our non-profit Christian organization by providing administrative, organizational, and clerical assistance to staff and leadership. This role is vital in helping the organization run efficiently while advancing its mission and serving the community. The Administrative Assistant should have a personal relationship with Jesus and model Christian values.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide general administrative support to staff, mentors, and leadership</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for records, donor information, and program data</li><li>Assist with data entry and maintain databases</li><li>Assist with payroll hours data entry and review</li><li>Assist with processing accounts payable vendor invoices</li><li>Prepare reports, correspondence, mailings</li><li>Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as a point of contact</li><li>Order and manage office supplies and assist in mentor needs</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative experience</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); iPad experience helpful</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li><li>Passion for the organization&rsquo;s mission and community impact</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and time management</li><li>Adaptability and ability to work with interruptions</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Problem-solving and ability to take the initiative</li></ul>To apply send resume to office@thecityonthenet.comPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>administrative: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
