We are seeking a reliable, professional Administrative Assistant to support the front desk of our law office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and a welcoming demeanor.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and route phone calls; greet clients</li><li>Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems</li><li>Assist with intake forms, payment processing, and client correspondence</li><li>Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred</li><li>Professional communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong organization and time-management abilities</li><li>Comfort learning office systems (email, scanner, calendar)</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul>Schedule <ul><li>Weekly: Fill in for our current administrator for 2 days (we will confirm which days).</li><li>December: Coverage for 2 full weeks, plus continuing through the remainder of December.</li><li>Ongoing (starting January):</li><li>Mornings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, approx. 9:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM</li><li>Thursdays , Friday : Full day required (approx. 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM)</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 21 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
