 Job Description
 
 
 
 The group&rsquo;s flagship product&rsquo;s (TejNMS) unique value proposition is that it provides a unified and comprehensive management solution for multi-technology layered networks for telecom service providers and enterprises. The product supports extensive fault &amp; performance monitoring and an intuitive, user-friendly graphical user interface to visualize and provision a multi-layer network using point &amp; click remotely. The solution follows the ITU-T standard TNM architecture and supports TMF and TAPI complaint standard interfaces to enable deployment of Software Defined Networks (SDN).
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and debug multi-threaded Java applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize performance and handle complexity in large-scale systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop RESTful web services and JSON-based APIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with distributed systems (Active MQ, Kafka) and relational databases (MySQL/Oracle).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 </li>

 Work independently with minimal guidance.

 Mandatory Skills

 Core Java: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Multithreading, Java Collections.

 Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript for GUI development.

 Linux Environment: Development, debugging, and performance tuning.
