 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Provide general administrative support (calendar management, coordination)
 
 
 Assist with communication between property stakeholders (tenants, vendors, brokers, legal, etc.)
 
 
 Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections (remotely)
 
 
 Track expenses, rental payments, and prepare basic reports
 
 
 Manage digital filing of property-related documents
 
 
 Research and coordinate vendors or contractors as required
 
 
 Assist with compliance, lease renewals, and local property regulations
 
 
 Other property management and admin duties as assigned
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 Based in India, with stable internet and phone connectivity
 
 
 
 Previous Admin Or Property Management Experience Preferred
 
 
 
 Excellent communication skills in English (verbal &amp; written)
 
 
 Reliable, proactive, and able to multi-task
 
 
 Ability to handle confidential information professionally
 
 
 High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
