RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><ul><li>

Serve as a senior engineer for security analytics across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk.This involves developing and implementing advanced correlation rules, workload analytics, and threat intelligence models to detect and respond to anomalous activity.</li><li>
Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor for other team members, providing guidance on best practices for operating securely across classified and unclassified networks.</li><li>
Analyze and integrate new subscriber data and security tools into the existing ecosystem to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.</li><li>
Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored for multi-enclave operations.</li><li>
Monitor, triage, and support incident response leveraging SIEM platform capabilities including correlation searches, and risk-based alerting (RBA) across all network enclaves.</li><li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.</li><li>
DoD 8570 / 8140 Compliance: Active IAT Level II and CSSP Infrastructure certification.</li><li>
8+ years of relevant experience in a hands-on cybersecurity role within a DoD environment.</li><li>
Experience supporting or participating in incident response within a DoD CSSP or SOC environment, including evidence collection, timeline reconstruction, and post-incident reporting.</li><li>

Understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Requirements Elicitation &amp; Analysis</b><br>
The Requirements Manager leads structured engagement with Government stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and refine requirements. This includes translating high-level mission needs into clear, complete, and testable functional and non-functional requirements.</li><li><b>
Requirements Governance &amp; Control</b><br>
Establishes and enforces the Requirements Management Plan (RMP), including standards, processes, and approval workflows. Oversees requirements baselining and ensures all changes are formally evaluated, approved, and documented through a controlled change management process.</li><li><b>
Traceability &amp; Compliance</b><br>
Develops and maintains full bidirectional traceability between requirements, design artifacts, development outputs, and verification/validation activities. Ensures compliance with applicable standards and contractual requirements, supporting audit readiness at all stages of the program lifecycle.</li><li><b>
Change Management &amp; Impact Analysis</b><br>
Supports or leads Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities by assessing the impact of requirement changes on cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Provides data-driven recommendations to Government leadership to support informed decision-making.</li><li><b>
Stakeholder Coordination</b><br>
Serves as the central point of integration between Government stakeholders, program management, engineering, and test teams. Facilitates requirements reviews, adjudicates conflicts, and ensures alignment across all functional areas.</li><li><b>
Verification &amp; Validation Support</b><br>
Ensures that all requirements are measurable and testable, with clearly defined acceptance criteria. Works closely with test and quality teams to confirm that delivered capabilities satisfy approved requirements.</li><li><b>
Tools &amp; Data Management</b><br>
Implements and administers industry-standard requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, or equivalent), ensuring data integrity, version control, and accessibility for all authorized stakeholders.</li><li><b>
Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</b><br>
Tracks and reports requirements-related metrics, including requirements stability, traceability coverage, and change activity. Provides regular status updates and risk insights to Government program leadership.</li></ul><div><b>
