RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><b>
Program Leadership and Oversight</b><ul><li>
Lead and direct customer relations, business, technical, and help desk teams.</li><li>
Provide oversight to project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure all work aligns with defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.</li><li>
Coordinate priorities and resources across multiple concurrent projects.</li><li>
Allocate resources appropriately to ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and funding constraints.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and key stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Program Execution and Management</b><ul><li>
Execute, monitor, and control project and program activities in accordance with contract requirements and organizational standards.</li><li>
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, governance frameworks, risk registers, and communication plans.</li><li>
Manage changes to project scope, cost, and schedule through established change control processes.</li><li>
Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.</li><li>
Ensure all work complies with organizational policies, federal/industry standards, and security requirements.</li><li>
Apply best practices using Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management maturity and operational efficiency.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Communication and Reporting</b><ul><li>
Provide routine status updates, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings to stakeholders.</li><li>
Prepare and update project plans, schedules, and written status reports.</li><li>
Conduct operational meetings with customers, project teams, and leadership stakeholders.</li><li>
Facilitate working sessions to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain delivery alignment.</li><li>
Develop and present meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, diagrams, schedules) to customers and internal leadership.</li><li>
Produce project documentation and incorporate lessons learned into future planning efforts.</li><li>
Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Vendor and Contract Management</b><ul><li>
Manage vendor relationships, monitor contract performance, and oversee resource allocations in support of program objectives.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Required Program Documentation</b><ul><li>
Responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and delivering the following program artifacts:<ul><li>
Contractor Project Management Plan</li><li>
Quality Management Plan</li><li>
Quality Control Site Documents</li><li>
Weekly Progress Report</li><li>
Shipment/Delivery/Installation Weekly Progress Report</li><li>
Staffing/Resource Plan</li><li>
Site Inventory Report</li><li>
Daily Active Site Report</li><li>
Project Kick-off Meeting Agenda &amp; Minutes</li><li>
Proposed Installation Schedule</li><li>
Site Kickoff Meeting Template, Agenda &amp; Minutes</li><li>
Change Management Plan</li><li>
And any other required documentation as needed</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Additional Requirements</li></ul>
Must be flexible and able to work semi-shift or non-standard hours based on project and customer requirements.<p><b>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of program management experience</li><li>
Experience with Juniper software</li><li>
Experience with technical delivery programs</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project</li><li>
Must be autonomous, responsible, reliable, and self-motivated</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing projects implementing hardware/software solutions</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills required with attention to detail critical</li><li>
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management required and customer</li><li>
Successfully pass VA HIGH BI</li><li>
Successfully pass drug screening</li></ul><div><b>
