We at Teksyntax/CollaboraIT Inc. are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Bench Sales Professional to join our growing team!*** Only accepting bench sales experience candidates, Please do not apply if the experience criteria do not match ***Prefer candidates from Kolkata or can relocate to Kolkata in the futureExperience:- 5 - 7 yrsJob Position: US IT Bench SalesWork Location: Work From HomeOffice Location: Salt Lake, KolkataWork Hours: Night Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri) | Sat &amp; Sunday fixed off.Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.Role &amp; Responsibilities&middot;&middot; Marketing our Bench Consultants - H1B/OPT/CPT/GC &amp; US CITIZEN&middot; Having tier 1 vendor contacts and developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors.&middot; Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Prime Vendor sites, Free Job Sites etc. to source requirements.&middot; Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews.&middot; Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.&middot; Follow up with the vendors and coordinated between consultants and vendors for interview.&middot; Strong experience in US IT bench Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.)&middot; Understanding the candidate's resume and formatting it as required.&middot; Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.&middot; Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales.&middot; Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.&middot; Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.Perks and BenefitsAttractive IncentivesIf you are interested in applying.
