Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyze requirements and translate them into test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.</li>
<li>Execute manual and automated test cases across web and API layers.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium (preferred) and/or MSTest Suite.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and manage testing frameworks for efficient test execution.</li>
<li>Report, track, and manage defects through appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and provide QA feedback.</li>
<li>Ensure that testing activities align with the project timeline and business goals.</li>
<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li>
<li>Document QA processes, test results, and test coverage.</li>
<li>Present test results and quality metrics to stakeholders when needed.</li></ul>

Required Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of proven experience in QA (Manual + Automation)
</li><li>Experience designing test cases and test suites based on requirements/user stories.</li>
<li>Strong experience in Selenium automation with framework development and maintenance.</li>
<li>Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.</li>
<li>Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.</li>
<li>Proficiency in writing SQL queries for backend verification.</li>
<li>Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and to tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps processes</li></ul>
