<p>
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating pre-onboarding processes, and ensuring accurate HR audit data maintenance. This role combines talent sourcing with HR documentation and compliance tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process and robust audit readiness.</p>
<p>
Key Responsibilities:</p>

<ul><li>Talent Acquisition:</li></ul>
</div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Schedule and follow up on interview feedback and next steps.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate offer roll-out and maintain offer-related documentation.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Pre-Onboarding:</li></ul>
</div>
<ul><li>Share offer letters and collect required pre-joining documents from selected candidates.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate background verification and reference checks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of candidate documents and joining status.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare employee files (physical and digital) in advance of the joining date.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as the point of contact for candidates regarding joining formalities, company policies, and initial documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with internal teams (IT/Admin) to ensure new joiners' readiness (email, ID, assets, etc.).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support induction planning and day-one joining activities.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Audit Data Management:</li></ul>
</div>
<p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employee records for audit readiness.</p>
<p>
Ensure documentation related to hiring and onboarding (e.g., resumes, interview notes, offer letters, BGV reports) is complete and organized.</p>
<p>
Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data.</p>
<p>
Conduct regular audits of recruitment and onboarding files to ensure compliance with company policy and legal standards.</p>
<p>
Identify and correct discrepancies in documentation or data records.</p>
<p>
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly HR audit reports.</p>
<p>
Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul>
<p>
2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.</p>
<ul><li>Familiarity with HR compliance, audits, and labor laws is preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>High level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li></ul>
<p>
Desirable Skills:</p>
<ul><li>Ability to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.</li></ul>
