The Senior Litigation Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the firm&rsquo;s litigation teams by managing complex eDiscovery projects, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging advanced litigation support technologies.This position requires deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and IT professionals. Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package, annual bonus and profit sharing.Key Responsibilities&middot; Lead and manage eDiscovery workflows including data collection, processing, review, and production.&middot; Administer Cloud litigation support platforms.&middot; Consult with attorneys and case teams to develop defensible and efficient discovery strategies.&middot; Perform quality control checks on data sets and productions to ensure accuracy and compliance.&middot; Troubleshoot technical issues related to litigation databases and coordinate with vendors as needed.&middot; Create and maintain documentation for litigation support processes and best practices.&middot; Train and mentor junior litigation support staff, paralegals, and attorneys on technology tools and workflows.&middot; Assist with trial preparation including exhibit creation, presentation support, and courtroom technology setup.&middot; Stay current with industry trends, legal technology developments, and regulatory changes affecting eDiscovery.Qualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or related field (JD or advanced degree a plus).&middot; Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery within a law firm or legal services provider.&middot; Proficiency in litigation support software (Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, etc.).&middot; Strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).&middot; Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.&middot; Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, or ACEDS preferred.&middot; Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Professional appearance.&middot; Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands&middot; Occasional travel may be required for trial support or data collection.&middot; Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 25 lbs.) for courtroom or onsite support.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in litigation support or eDiscovery?</li><li>Have you managed end-to-end eDiscovery workflows (collection, processing, review, production)?
