Lead QA/QC Engineer &ndash; Minimum 7 years of experience in civil contracting.Job Description: We are looking for a Lead QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control procedures in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage QA/QC activities across civil projects.</li><li>Prepare and review QA/QC documentation including ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues.</li><li>Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.</li><li>Prepare reports and maintain records of quality-related activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in civil contracting companies (UAE/GCC experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li></ul>Interested candidates may send their CV to career@telal.co with the subject line &ldquo;Lead QA/QC Engineer&rdquo;.Job Type: Full-time
