Your day-to-day is never the same: Fast-paced, often fun, and never boring.You have an instinctive ability to understand the creative brief and design stunning creatives that will stand out from the crowd. You love wearing multiple hats and working with multiple stakeholders.Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass<ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design solutions for advertising campaigns across various channels and formats, including web, mobile, social media, and print.</li><li>Design and produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet the clients' needs and standards.</li><li>Create reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.</li><li>Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the quality of the creatives.</li><li>Work closely with the account team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects.</li><li>Use Adobe Creative Suite &amp; other creative tools to prepare aesthetic designs for clients.</li><li>Develop understanding for different types of Design Collaterals like Social Media Posts, Landing Pages, Ads, Microsite, Emailers, etc.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll need to succeed in the role<ul><li>Experience in an ad agency or similar environment, with an impressive portfolio of work showcasing your design skills and experience in creating ad banners for different channels and formats</li><li>Must have a good eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills with a high sense of design, illustration, layout, and typography, line composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals</li><li>Hands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe After Effects / Sketch/ InDesign.</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple, varying assignments and prioritize effectively</li><li>Must have a grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok.</li><li>Previous work on website graphics, branding, experience with motion graphics/ animation/ video is a plus.</li><li>A portfolio that proves you&rsquo;re making something you are passionate about</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills</li><li>Experience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, or other related areas.</li></ul>If you are a talented visual designer with a passion for creating beautiful and engaging creatives, we want to hear from youJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,142.15 - &#8377;59,279.74 per monthWork Location: In person
