Position Overview</b></h3><p>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven <b>Part-Time Procurement and Inventory Lead</b> to support key operational and sales functions at our Columbia, SC office. This <b>part-time role (up to 25 hours per week)</b> will be central to ensuring smooth procurement, inventory management, and accurate sales data reporting that support company growth and profitability.</p><p>
This position also offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company continues to expand.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and supplies to meet project and operational needs.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with distribution partners to coordinate procurement planning in support of proposal submissions.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee and maintain sales operations data, including performance metrics, profitability analysis, and proposal tracking.</p></li><li><p>
Work closely with sales and project teams to streamline operational workflows.</p></li><li><p>
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Proven experience in operations management, purchasing, or supply chain coordination (preferably in a technology, construction, or related industry).</p></li><li><p>
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) and experience with CRM or ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul></div>
