About the role

TeleMed2U, a multi - specialty group practice is seeking a patient focused, CA licensed certified PA or PMHNP for our growing outpatient psychiatric team. The right candidate will provide professional mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. At TeleMed2U, we focus on diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management with referrals to Psychotherapy.

What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth for new and returning patients.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.</li>
<li>Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications within scope of licensure and in accordance with TeleMed2U protocols.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including routine follow-ups, medication monitoring, and crisis intervention when appropriate.</li>
<li>Collaborate with supervising physicians, therapists, case managers, and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care.</li>
<li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in peer review, case discussions, and clinical team meetings.</li>
<li>Stay current with continuing education, licensing requirements, and professional standards in psychiatric care.</li>
<li>Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in all patient interactions.</li>
<li>Support TeleMed2U's mission to expand access to quality behavioral health care through innovative telehealth services.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2 years of Psychiatric experience is preferred.</li>
<li>CA license a must, with willing to get a TX license.</li>
<li>Primary areas of treatment are ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder.</li>
<li>Proficient in administrative tasks, especially signing off on progress notes.</li>
<li>Full- time Monday-Friday work schedule. With 37 patients facing hours per week in the time zone where patients reside.</li>
<li>Bilingual - Spanish a plus</li>
<li>(3) Professional References Required.</li>
<li>Start date upon completion of credentialing and background check</li>

About the Role
TeleMed2U is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in General Urology to provide virtual patient care. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with urology conditions through TeleMed2U's established telehealth platform.

What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients with urology conditions such as BPH, LUTS, UTI's, low testosterone, overactive bladder and kidney stone prevention.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with collaborating Urologists and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate treatment planning.</li>
<li>Order and interpret diagnostic studies as clinically appropriate.</li>
<li>Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).</li>
<li>Provide patient education and counseling on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all telehealth regulations, licensure requirements, and practice standards.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of Urology experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.</li>
<li>Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable practicing autonomously in a remote care environment.</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology.</li>

The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with neurological conditions through TeleMed2U's established telehealth platform.

What you'll do

<li>Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients with neurological conditions such as headache, migraine, neuropathy, seizure disorders and other general neurology presentations.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with collaborating neurologists and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate treatment planning.</li>
<li>Order and interpret diagnostic studies as clinically appropriate.</li>
<li>Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).</li>
<li>Provide patient education and counseling on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all telehealth regulations, licensure requirements, and practice standards.</li>
