The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities &amp; Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Directorate (OSF), Border Patrol and Air &amp; Marine (BPAM) Program Management Office (PMO) manages the planning, construction and sustainment of real, physical property for the United States Border Patrol (USBP) and Air and Marine Operations (AMO) facilities.<br>

This includes project management, construction management, sustainment planning, financial and business solutions, and the program oversight, planning and coordination of all real property activities for USBP and AMO. The PMO is also responsible for creating continuous and viable solutions for developing, executing, and managing on-going initiatives (including program management planning, program analysis, project management and analysis, construction oversight, and scheduling, security, and risk management) required to support the facilities needs of its customers.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><br>
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to support federal government client mission and operational needs.</li><li>Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, materials, and facilities.</li><li>Maintain training records and ensure compliance with DHS and other federal government training policies.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and enhance training content.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required Skills</b></h3><ul><li><br>
Must currently be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>The ability to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier 4 or Tier 5 Public Trust security investigation.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.</li><li><b> Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training program development and delivery, preferably in a federal agency or law enforcement environment.</b></li><li>Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.</li><li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

<b>Background Investigation:</b><br>
</div><div>This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.</div></div>
