 Warehouse Manager
 
 to join the team! As a Warehouse Manager, you will provide oversight at one or more distribution centers and/or forward staging locations that support the construction of cell sites for Samsung&rsquo;s customers. The warehouse operations are operated by Samsung&rsquo;s third-party logistics partners (3PLs).

 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as Samsung&rsquo;s primary point of contact for the assigned operation(s).
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide day-to-day direction to the on-site 3PL operations manager(s) based on project requirements and guidance from management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend daily conference calls to gather requirements from SCM and Construction Managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor 3PL performance and report performance issues to Samsung Logistics management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular inventory audits to validate 3PL&rsquo;s cycle count accuracy and assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve operations and work through the 3PL and Samsung to vet ideas and implement when approved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help find solutions to 3PL&rsquo;s issues/problems/exceptions. Escalate issues that are not being addressed timely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist our transportation planning team to coordinate outbound shipments with Field Operations (FOPS) and General Contractors (GCs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback to the 3PL(s) to ensure all facilities are maintained in accordance with Samsung&rsquo;s expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate periodic reports as requested.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school graduate with 8+ years of warehouse management experience, at least 3 years in a leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in supporting mobile networks or similar field services industry is highly desired.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP Warehouse Management and/or OneVizion is helpful.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills are mandatory (e.g. must be able to write formulas, use pivot tables effectively, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate must possess the following qualities

 Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knows when to escalate issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing and able to work flexible hours as needed to support day-to-day business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be reliable. Show up on-time and be prepared for work and meetings.
