Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: Kondhwa, Pune Experience: 2&ndash;3 Years Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, and analytics, with a strong understanding of digital growth strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage &amp; optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.</li><li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.</li><li>Manage social media calendars, content planning, and platform-wise growth initiatives.</li><li>Perform keyword research, develop SEO content strategies, and improve keyword rankings.</li><li>Track, analyze &amp; report campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.).</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis &amp; market research to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media assets.</li><li>Manage email marketing, automation flows, and CRM-based outreach campaigns.</li><li>Optimize landing pages for conversion using A/B testing and data insights.</li><li>Work on marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition strategies.</li><li>Monitor campaign budgets, maintain ROAS/ROI, and reduce CAC.</li><li>Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Expertise<ul><li>Proven experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM &amp; SMM.</li><li>Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>Proficiency in keyword research &amp; analytics.</li><li>Solid understanding of marketing funnels &amp; conversion optimization.</li><li>Basic understanding of Canva, Figma, or creative briefing.</li><li>Strong command of copywriting for ads, landing pages &amp; social posts.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical skills, and decision-making ability.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)</li><li>Experience with WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and retargeting.</li><li>Understanding of LinkedIn Ads (bonus).</li><li>Experience in lead generation campaigns targeting B2B audiences.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.</li><li>Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.</li></ul>Salary RangeCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance (industry-standard).Why Join Us<ul><li>Fast-paced digital marketing environment</li><li>Exposure to multi-industry projects</li><li>Skills growth &amp; certification support</li><li>Creative freedom &amp; ownership of campaigns</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;16,296.63 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
