Senior Estimation Engineer &ndash; MEP | Sharjah (Full-Time)We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer &ndash; MEP to join our team in Sharjah on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in the accurate estimation, cost control, and tendering of MEP projects, ensuring competitive and compliant bids in line with client requirements and organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works</li><li>Review tender drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to identify scope, risks, and value engineering opportunities</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs, material take-offs, and labor cost analysis</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and conduct technical and commercial evaluations</li><li>Develop preliminary budgets, cost plans, and feasibility estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects</li><li>Analyze project costs, overheads, and margins to ensure accurate pricing and profitability</li><li>Assist in post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and finalization of contracts</li><li>Support project teams during handover by providing detailed cost breakdowns and clarifications</li><li>Maintain historical cost data and benchmarking for future tenders</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in MEP estimation and tendering</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems, specifications, and local authority requirements</li><li>Proven expertise in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions</li><li>Proficiency in estimation software, Excel, and AutoCAD</li><li>Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use projects is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Estimation: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer (MEP) to join our team in the UAE.
