Male Fresher Candidates with a BSC IT or Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication are preferred.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities<ul><li>Troubleshoot Maritime Communication Systems: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of satellite communication devices including Starlink, VSAT, Iridium OpenPort (IOP), FleetBroadband (FBB), and other onboard maritime equipment.</li><li>Communication Database Maintenance: Maintain and update a computerized vessel communication system and database for tracking equipment, configurations, and service history.</li><li>Customer and Vessel Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from vessels and customers, providing technical assistance and ensuring high service satisfaction.</li><li>Satellite Communication Administration: Distribute satellite-compatible calling cards and call data records (CDRs) to vessels via email.</li><li>Service Activation and Configuration: Activate Inmarsat SIM cards and configure vessel communication systems including SkyFile email and SkyFile-C (SAT-C email services).</li><li>Onboard Crew Internet Management: Provide technical support for crew internet services, maintain usage records, and prepare monthly reports for monitoring and billing.</li><li>Training and Skill Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and stay current with evolving technologies.</li></ul>Additional Information1. Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.2. The support team consists of 5 members.
