Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and onboard global and local ICT distributors/Partners/Vendors/Supplier (e.g., Ingram Micro, Cisco partners, Dell/HP distributors etc).b. Negotiation: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to protect TCT&rsquo;s margins.c. Technical Alignment: Work with the Presales/Technical team to ensure quoted Bill of Quantities (BOQs) match the ordered items exactly (avoiding costly wrong-part shipments).d. Licensing Management: Track renewals for software subscriptions and cloud licenses (SaaS/IaaS) to ensure no service gaps for clients.2. Logistics &amp; Supply Chaina. Shipping Coordination: Manage international and local freight, including customs clearance and duties for imported high-tech equipment.b. Inventory Control: Oversee and managing the TCT Inventory/warehouse/buffer stock. Hardware warranties and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization).c. Project Delivery: Coordinate with Service delivery or project team for &quot;Just-In-Time&quot; delivery to project sites and minimize storage costs and prevent on-site theft or damage.3. Financial &amp; Risk Managementa. Cost Control: Monitor price fluctuations in the tech market (e.g., chipset shortages or currency changes) and advise leadership on procurement timing.b. Compliance: Ensure all imported tech meets local regulatory standards (e.g., telecommunications certifications).c. Documentation: Accurate filing of Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and delivery notes for audit and finance reconciliation. Coordinate with Accounts &amp; Finance team.4. Required Skillsa. Familiarity with hardware (Servers, Switches, UPS) and software licensing is an advantage.b. Negotiation Power: Proven ability to lower &quot;Cost of Goods Sold&quot; (COGS) without compromising quality.c. Logistics Tech: Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or Zoho Inventory) and advanced Excel.d. Note: Please apply only if you are willing to accept the salary range.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations (general ledger entries, journal entries, reconciliations).</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.</li><li>Inventory accounting: track raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods; reconcile inventory accounts.</li><li>Cost accounting: allocate overheads, calculate cost of goods sold, variance analysis (especially for manufacturing processes).</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and comparing actual vs budget, analyzing variances.</li><li>Maintain fixed assets register, depreciation schedules, and reconcile capital works in progress (CWIP).</li><li>Manage petty cash / imprest.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local accounting standards / Oman regulations and tax laws.</li><li>Assist audits (internal &amp; external), prepare documentation and supporting schedules.</li><li>Liaise with other departments (production, procurement, warehouse) for financial information affecting cost and inventory.</li><li>Ensure controls are in place (internal controls over financial transactions, approvals, etc.).</li><li>Monitor cash flows, bank reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of attendance and payroll.</li><li>Assist in Admin activities.</li></ul>Experience and Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Commerce.</li><li>1-2 years of experience is preferred.</li><li>Experience in Tally is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in ODOO is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO250.000 - RO300.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>Are you willing to accept the salary range mentioned?</li></ul>
