For more information, visit our websiteRole summary We&rsquo;re hiring proactive telemarketing sales agents to cold call and pitch our services to businesses and decision-makers in target markets. You&rsquo;ll use our scripts to generate interest, book qualified meetings, and hit conversion targets. If you&rsquo;re confident on the phone, persistent, possess good communication skills, and hungry for growth and commission, join us.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound cold calls to assigned lists and target accounts daily.</li><li>Use provided scripts to pitch Teleron&rsquo;s services (Virtual Assistance, Sales Support, Back-Office, Automation, Digital Marketing).</li><li>Identify qualified leads using our qualification checklist, and book demos/meetings.</li><li>Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Min. 3 months telemarketing / outbound B2B sales experience (preferred experience selling services).</li><li>Strong English (spoken) &mdash; clear, professional, and persuasive.</li><li>Comfortable working US business hours/night shifts.</li><li>Basic computer literacy.</li><li>Familiarity with sales tools (Dialer, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Calendly).</li><li>Previous experience selling to US/UK clients.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; benefits<ul><li>Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.</li><li>Performance bonuses for over-achievement.</li><li>Training and sales coaching.</li></ul>How to apply Email your CV/resume to hr@teleron.netJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
