In this role, you will:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Try to attract and search for new B2B level prospects in Turkish market.</li>
<li>Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.</li>
<li>Make active cold-calling and customer visits regularly.</li>
<li>Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.</li>
<li>Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.</li>
<li>Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.</li></ul><br>

What we expect of you:

In this role you will:</b></div>

<li>Be responsible for closing Monthly Business Activities and Profit &amp; Loss reporting.</li>
<li>Be liaising with external auditors on audit matters and acting on management letters.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial management reports.</li>
<li>Implement and develop financial controls.</li>
<li>Produce accurate and timely financial reports.</li>
<li>Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting systems.</li>
<li>Ensure regular invoicing, receive and receipt payment.</li>
<li>Administer VAT and process return.</li>
<li>Do assets &amp; liabilities management.</li>
<li>Reviewing, controlling accounting datas.</li>
<li>Administer the company&rsquo;s payroll and associated statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Undertake any ad hoc duties associated with the accounts function, including maintain. financial files and records, and photocopying.</li>
<li>Carry out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.</li></ul><br>

We believe that you:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Are fluent in Turkish (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language. and good English language skills (B2 or higher level).</li>
<li>Have higher university or equivalent education in finance, accounting or economics and at least 3 years of work experience.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of legal acts of Turkey, which regulate accounting, taxes, business accounting standards and transactions.</li>
<li>Have work experience in counting bonuses according to company&rsquo;s set motivational system.</li>
<li>Have very good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).</li>
<li>Have experience in working with the different accounting programs.</li>
<li>Have excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Have strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good understanding of international finance.</li></ul><br>
