 We are looking for support as a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Payroll team in Izmir as soon as possible
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your tasks:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Validating of personnel master data, absences and attendances, sick leave, reporting and other tasks in connection with payroll accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation and completion of the Payroll process incl. subsequent tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting and advising employees in payroll related matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparatory payroll accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Solve Cases (Tickets) from employees in Workday (HCM System)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exchange with authorities (Insurance, Tax office, foreign office,...)
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of certificates
 </li>
 <li>
 General administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Close cooperation with employees and managers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Successfully completed payroll relevant training
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in payroll accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Profound knowledge of social security, taxes, surcharges, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office and/or the willingness to learn
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in dealing with DATEV, SAP or SAGE is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Workday is a major plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good communication skills in written and spoken Turkish
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills in written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work on site
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of labor law
 </li>
