Key Responsibilities Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.</li><li>Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.</li><li>Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.</li><li>Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li></ul>Organizational Development (OD)<ul><li>Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives.</li><li>Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.</li><li>Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.</li><li>Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, and change management.</li><li>Analyze HR data to identify organizational improvement opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to succession planning and talent development strategies.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws.</li><li>Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and reports.</li><li>Provide support in HR projects and process improvements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in recruitment and/or organizational development.</li><li>Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment techniques, and OD principles.</li><li>Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.</li><li>Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of training, performance management, and employee engagement practices</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li></ul>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work from 9 am to 7 pm?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
