Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Respond to phone calls from patients in a professional and patient manner</li><li>
Respond to emails from patients in a professional and patient manner</li><li>
Remain agile for performing workflow tasks such as data entry, filling, inventory and shipping</li><li>
Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist dispense and package medications accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Assist in maintaining Inventory and appropriate labeling of medications</li><li>
Patient follow up via phone calls both inbound and outbound and voicemails</li><li>
Process refill requests and cancellations</li><li>
Assist with shipping and handling when needed</li><li>
Data entry/attentiveness with order quantities and look alike sound alike medications</li></ul> 
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
The ideal candidate must have an active registered pharm tech license in the state of Texas.</li><li>
Able to commit to Monday through Friday, and weekend shifts as needed</li><li>
Excellent customer service and verbal skills and problem-resolution</li><li>
Excellent written communication skills</li><li>
Be agile, flexible, and willing to learn as we grow and evolve</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft apps and/or Google apps</li><li>
A collaborative &ldquo;get it done&rdquo; approach to exceed our patients' expectations</li><li>
Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>
At Least one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to be a team player</li></ul>
Job Type: Full-time W/ rotating weekendsSchedule: 1:30-10pm EST (Including weekends)Pay: $18.00 -$22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>
