 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee our internal YouTube channel operations and support MCN-related processes. This role will be responsible for managing the operational workflow of YouTube channels&mdash;including monthly revenue tracking, technical coordination, reporting, and channel settings&mdash;while also contributing to the creation, structuring, and presentation of YouTube-focused branded content projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This position is ideal for someone who is both operationally strong and creatively capable of shaping YouTube-driven branded project ideas into clear project plans and client-ready presentations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 YouTube Channel Operations (Internal MCN Support)
 </li>
 <li>
 Track monthly operations, ensure accurate documentation, and follow up on internal reporting cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with technical support teams regarding channel issues, optimizations, settings, and operational needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage channel configuration checks, policy compliance follow-ups, and content-related operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare performance summaries, internal reports, and analytical insights for management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of internal YouTube operations projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize workflows, define timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure milestones are achieved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve operational efficiency by optimizing processes and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Branded Project Development
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the ideation and development of YouTube-focused branded content project concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the internal team to transform project ideas into structured, clear, and actionable project outlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide creative input based on YouTube content trends and platform best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Presentation &amp; Documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate project concepts into high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare pitch decks, project workflows, performance summaries, and client-facing documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all materials reflect strong storytelling, format consistency, and professional standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications, Requirements &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in project management, digital media operations, MCN operations, or YouTube-related roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing workflows, reporting processes, or content-related operations is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Strong project management capabilities with a structured and organized work style.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in creating clear, visually strong presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote/Slides).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with an understanding of YouTube trends, content formats, and platform dynamics.
 </li>

 Language

 Native-level Turkish.
 </li>

 Intermediate to advanced English preferred for documentation and internal coordination.
