This role is designed for a creative storyteller who understands that interior design is where &quot;classroom theory&quot; meets &quot;human experience.&quot; You will support our lead designers in everything from spatial programming to the final styling of a space.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Space Planning: Assist in developing efficient and aesthetic floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and interior elevations.</li><li>FF&amp;E Selection: Help source and curate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with project budgets and design narratives.</li><li>3D Visualization: Create high-quality renderings and virtual walkthroughs to help clients visualize their future environments.</li><li>Material Lab Management: Organize our physical and digital material libraries, coordinating with vendors for new samples.</li><li>Site Documentation: Participate in site surveys, measure existing conditions, and attend &quot;punch list&quot; walk-throughs to ensure design intent is met.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA-accredited program preferred).</li><li>Design Toolkit: Experience with any of the following: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape or Lumion for rendering.</li><li>Presentation Skills: Strong grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) to build compelling pitch decks and mood boards.</li><li>Knowledge of Codes: A basic understanding of ADA accessibility requirements and life safety codes is a major plus.</li><li>Detail Obsession: You notice the difference between &quot;Eggshell&quot; and &quot;Satin&quot; and care deeply about how materials transition at the floor line.</li><li>Portfolio: A digital portfolio showcasing your drafting skills, 3D renderings, and your unique design aesthetic.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
