<ul><li>Record and maintain entries for receipts, payments, and other transactions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain cash reports.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation regularly.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile debtors and creditors accounts.</li><li>Prepare Profit &amp; Loss scrutiny and monthly financial summaries.</li><li>Generate reports from Tally and other accounting software for internal and client use.</li><li>Monitor and report cash flow.</li><li>Calculate and process TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS (Tax Collected at Source).</li><li>File TDS &amp; TCS returns on time.</li><li>Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/clients regarding missing 2B credits and tax-related follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare salaries and process payments through bank.</li><li>Calculate and deduct Salary TDS.</li><li>Maintain salary provisions and related accounting entries.</li><li>Send payment reminders and follow-ups to clients via email.</li><li>Communicate with vendors and internal teams for reconciliation and credit confirmation.</li><li>Handle all company payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other obligations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
