<div><div><b>Job Summary:</b></div>
<div>Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager; performs customer service support functions of a varied nature. Has the ability to fill in for the Counter or Inside Sales function on a day-to-day basis as required.
</div><div></div><div><b>Duties/Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>To Be&hellip; Punctual, cooperative, dependable, and able to take direction.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Receive incoming customer phone calls and walk in traffic.</li>
<li>Prepare and enter orders.</li>
<li>Assist customers in identifying proper parts, equipment, and supplies; quote pricing and availability.</li>
<li>Research parts to stock on new equipment.</li>
<li>Provide solutions to customer requests, including research of the requests and suggest options to customers.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot inventory and shipping problems.</li>
<li>Follow up with vendors or purchasing department to monitor back orders to determine status.</li>
<li>Coordinate delivery schedules between company and customer.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints.</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of product lines stocked by TSI.</li>
<li>Proactively promote additional sales to customers.</li>
<li>Maintain showroom by stocking shelves, showcasing new product, as well as straightening and keeping area clean.</li>
<li>Responsible for after hours calls on rotating schedule.</li>
<li>Promotes and maintains a flexible cooperative, positive, team oriented attitude with and between departments and end users.</li>
<li>Ensures timely, accurate, proper records, files, data bases, etc. are developed and maintained for assigned areas of responsibility.</li>
<li>Open and willing to perform other duties as assigned.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Education and Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>High School diploma and 3-4 years&rsquo; experience in HVAC preferably in a customer service environment.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent communication, organization, customer service, problem solving and follow through skills.</li>
<li>Proficient clerical skill in typing, basic math computation, data entry, PC and related software application.</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast paced, varied/changing priority and stressful environment.</li>
