<p>As a Senior Art Director, you will:</p>
<div><ul><li><p>Lead creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media.</p>
</li><li><p>Collaborate closely with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns.</p>
</li><li><p>Translate brand and business objectives into visually powerful, idea-driven concepts.</p>
</li><li><p>Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors&mdash;ensuring high creative standards.</p>
</li><li><p>Review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency.</p>
</li><li><p>Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.</p>
</li><li><p>Stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant.</p>

<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>
<div><ul><li><p>Has 6&ndash;8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred).</p>
</li><li><p>Demonstrates strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.</p>
</li><li><p>Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and up-to-date with emerging tools.</p>
</li><li><p>Has a deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.</p>
</li><li><p>Possesses excellent leadership and team management abilities.</p>
</li><li><p>Can think strategically, present persuasively, and deliver under deadlines.</p>
