Grow your skills, earn incentives, and be part of a team that invests in your success.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES<ul><li>Execute full-cycle video editing, including cuts, color grading, motion-graphics and comprehensive audio post-production (noise removal, mixing) to ensure a high-quality final product.</li><li>Deeply analyze client style guides and references to ensure all edits are consistent with their brand and support the video's narrative flow.</li><li>Design and create custom, creative, high-quality motion graphics and animations from scratch to enhance the visual experience.</li><li>Source relevant B-roll and implement effective sound design (music and SFX) to create an engaging and compelling story.</li><li>Conduct a thorough review of edited videos to ensure accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adhere to platform specific requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to understand client objectives, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met.</li><li>Effectively manage multiple videos projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Proactively stay updated on new editing techniques and YouTube retention tactics, helping to build internal templates and systems to improve team efficiency.</li></ul>HOW TO APPLY?If you feel you're a good fit, then go to this link below, and kindly fill-out this google-form properly and correctly.
