Purpose: 

<ul>
<li>Supports Health and Safety function of the region ensuring that HESA management system is implemented as defined by Company requirements, procedures and applicable legal regulation in all sites</li></ul> 


Main Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Participates with proper areas in the systematic identification, assessment and control of hazard and risks.</li>
<li>Supports the implementation of the Company HESA procedures, ensuring these are properly issued, implemented and updated, and prepares periodical reports.</li>
<li>Analyze statistics, trends, action plans, etc., proposing corrective actions if needed.</li>
<li>Participates and supports the development of proper HESA training.</li>
<li>Participates in the company HESA committees and meetings.</li>
<li>Supports and assists Clients and other interested parties, analyzing their requirements and implementing changes, if needed.</li>
<li>Follows up the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.</li>
<li>Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Saudi National</li>
<li>Diploma in technical career</li>
<li>More than 3 years experience as Safety Officer or similar roles.</li>
<li>Professional English communication level - Mandatory</li>
<li>Good to have: OSHA - NEBOSH Certification</li></ul>
