<ul><li>Follows up the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.</li></ul>

VERIFICATION &amp; CONTROL ANALYST
Purpose
<ul><li>Supports verification and final inspection processes as applicable. Main Responsibilities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Follows-up compliance with the defined programs for quality verifications and final inspections.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performs quality verifications and final inspections as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Generates the necessary reporting of the department activity, including analysis of findings and quality output.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.</li></ul>

Quality Verification and Control Analyst

BUYER 

Purpose
Purchase, in due time and manner, equipment, services and materials from approved suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best customer service level. Optimize the purchasing cycle, maximize quality, minimize costs and ensure that purchase orders and contracts comply with all specifications. 

Main Responsibilities
<ul><li>Establish a proper workplan considering business priorities, vendor and end user criticalities. Understand the market where operations take place, the sourcing process and its technicalities.</li>
<li>Assess the market to define the eligible vendor list which complies with quality and safety policies and have a strong financial situation. Provide accurate information to supplier, verifying technical specifications with the end user.</li>
<li>Purchase the best product or services, offering the best value-for-money in the market, by assessing economic and technical information on the proposal submitted by each supplier.</li>
<li>Provide key data based on numerical analysis for decision making. Carry out the management control process, detect deviations and implement improvement actions.</li>
<li>Ensure fulfilment of Purchase Orders and Contracts and define the Logistics of the products such as maritime, land or air transportation.</li>
<li>Seek purchasing cycle improvement by developing new or alternative products or services, and suppliers, maximizing quality and minimizing costs, lead times and liabilities for Clients.</li>
<li>Understand the relevant safety parameters associated with each type of purchase, and select suitable suppliers accordingly (ie: Safety indicators, HSE audits results).</li>
<li>Coordinate the activities needed to place a new Contract with all the areas involved within Exiros or Clients' organization, such as Quality, Safety, Normalization, Human Resources, Maintenance, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure that our suppliers know the company HSE polices for critical services. Ensure compliance with the company policies and management standards. Ensure adherence to SOX regulations in activities under his / her responsability.</li>
