<div>TENAX Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to maintain servers, data storage, computers, and software applications in service of the Air National Guard (ANG) Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Special Operations Center (SOC). The Systems Administrator will interface with fellow contractors, military personnel, and government clients in support of server, computer, and software systems in addition to providing direct hands-on expertise to install and maintain system architectures for the RPA-SOC, which operates 24/7/365. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware and software systems, video encoding and recording, communications systems, and enhancement support for operations. 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Maintain the availability, reliability, operations, and administration of the RPA-SOC servers, data storage, computers and software applications supporting RPA missions.</li><li>Backup data and key equipment configurations, deploy patches as directed by program management office, and perform Active Directory Administration.</li><li>Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA-SOC computer and server systems including troubleshooting hardware, software, operations support for Microsoft Windows and other operating systems at multiple classification levels.</li><li>Ensure proper configuration of servers, virtual servers, storage solutions, computer, and software necessary for the successful operation of the RPA-SOC while staying in base line compliance requirements.</li><li>Determine hardware, software, system functionality, test and modify workstations and programs based on user specifications. Many of the systems are unique, one of a kind that are constantly evolving to meet mission needs.</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.</li></ul>
Requirements 
<ul><li>+/- 5 years of experience with SAN (Storage Area Network), Server/Virtual Server, backups/data retention, software installation/patching, and Active Directory administration</li><li>Experience with Server/computer hardware/operating systems, video encoders/decoders, storage solutions on Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment like Dell.</li><li>Knowledge of industry best practices for implementing, and maintaining security and service availability throughout the system life cycle</li><li>Ensure software and equipment meet applicable security technical implementation guides (STIGs)</li><li>Identify technical applicability, remediate, and support mitigation of IAVA notices and support metric reporting.</li><li>Experience in VMWare virtualized environment.</li><li>Support and engage in programs, projects and practices and strategy, and comply with all policies and procedures.</li><li>Follow industry and department trends and developments to ensure services are consistent with, and/or superior to, industry best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of computer networking and network-based information assurance devices</li><li>This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
Clearance Requirement: 
<ul><li>An active TS clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI is required.</li></ul>
Mandatory Requirement: 
<ul><li>Security+ CE Certification or similar DOD 8140 IAT II certification.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
Other desired certifications include: MCSA, MDAA, CCNA, VMWare VCTA.

<div>We are hiring Network Administrators to support the MQ-9 RPA Enterprise Centralized Network Operations Center (C-NOC) at Creech AFB.

The C-NOC provides enterprise-level monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and sustainment of the networks that enable MQ-9 aircraft control, ISR dissemination, and SATCOM boundary security worldwide.

This is a high-tempo, mission-driven operational environment directly supporting live flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations (C-NOC)
<ul>
<li>Monitor and maintain enterprise MQ-9 network infrastructure</li>
<li>Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and boundary devices</li>
<li>Support encrypted red/black transport systems</li>
<li>Assist with mission provisioning and edge device reconfiguration</li>
</ul>
Tiered Troubleshooting Support
<ul>
<li>Provide Tier 1&ndash;3 support within the C-NOC</li>
<li>Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues</li>
<li>Support SOCs, SATCOM relay sites, and ACN boundary locations</li>
<li>Escalate mission-impacting issues appropriately</li>
</ul>
Cybersecurity &amp; Sustainment
<ul>
<li>Apply security patches and assist with STIG compliance</li>
<li>Conduct weekly configuration backups</li>
<li>Support RMF and vulnerability mitigation efforts</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and change logs</li>
</ul>
Mission Alignment
<ul>
<li>Coordinate maintenance with flight schedules</li>
<li>Ensure minimal disruption to live MQ-9 operations</li>
<li>Maintain operational discipline in a 24/7 environment</li></ul> 


Required Experience
<ul>
<li>3+ years network administration experience</li>
<li>Hands-on Cisco routing and switching</li>
<li>Experience in NOC or operational enterprise support</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and escalation judgment</li></ul> 


Preferred Experience

<li>DoD or ISR mission support</li>
