Preparing Bank pay-orders, challan payments &amp; preparing of files to be submitted. Organize office day-to-day tasks to enhance efficiency&middot; Act as a bridge to facilitate the CEO, in dealing with the clients on phone/ e-mail&middot; Must have good hands-on experience in MS Office, Excel &amp; google products.&middot; To coordinate with different organizations on the phone&middot; Coordinate with government departments to ensure efficiency&middot; Preparing quotations &amp; agreements for clients on the system&middot; Preparing, organizing and managing files for smooth operations&middot; Must be comfortable with documentation, printing &amp; scanning etc&middot; Will be open to any other assigned administrative tasks&middot; Having experience with any Tax, business / Management consultant will be a plus.
