 </li></ul>What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
</li><li>Create and implement personalized care plans
</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
</li><li>Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
</li><li>Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
 </li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
</li><li>Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills

 What You'll Do:
<ul><li>
Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule</li><li>
Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed</li><li>
Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations</li><li>
File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts</li><li>
Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician</li><li>
Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies</li></ul>

 Qualifications:
<ul><li>
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred</li><li>
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
