This is a remote position focused on the US market, requiring a deep understanding of trends, audience behavior, and content strategies in the US. The role blends social media management, hands-on content creation, and leading UGC campaigns, while also acting as one of the brand&rsquo;s main public-facing voices 
Requirements:
 
<ul><li>Experience in social media management and content creation.</li><li>
Strong creative direction and trend awareness.</li><li>
Deep understanding of the US market, audience behavior, and social media trends.</li><li>
Skilled in coordinating UGC campaigns or working with multiple creators.</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and content editing tools.</li></ul> 
Responsibilities:
 
<ul><li>Create and edit content for Instagram and TikTok, including weekly posts, daily Stories, and lifestyle visuals.</li><li>
Manage scheduling, captions, hashtags, insights, and community engagement.</li><li>
Develop trend-driven, viral content aligned with brand voice and U.S. audience.</li><li>
Lead UGC campaigns: sourcing creators, scripting, directing, and editing.</li><li>
Repurpose existing brand content for social platforms.</li><li>
Serve as the on-camera brand ambassador.</li></ul>
