Job Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Must be an excellent communicator and have a rich vocabulary.</li><li>Be aware of Social Media Channels (Instagram &amp; YouTube) Algorithms.</li><li>Stay updated and use Current Social Media Trends, HashTags, Engagement Strategies, etc.</li><li>Comfortable and Confident to face the camera regularly for various kinds of Content Creation (YouTube Videos, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels/ Ads).</li><li>Proven experience in turning Concepts/ Ideas into Compelling, Quirky, Engaging Content for Social Media Channels (Primarily Instagram)</li><li>Hands-on experience with basic video editing using any kind of tools and well-versed with Canva.</li><li>Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization accordingly.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage Social Media Strategies across Social Media Channels with the Management.</li><li>Experience in developing and managing Social Media Campaigns.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with various departments of Design, Editing &amp; Marketing.</li><li>Taking ownership in extracting data, and reports from Social Media Platforms for developing efficient growth strategies with Management.</li><li>Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Should be a Micro/ Mini Influencer with a minimum of 2,000 and above followers on Instagram will be preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 and above years of experience in Managing Social Media Channels (Primarily Instagram).</li><li>Should be a Graduate in any Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Language, or Journalism Field. Should be well-versed with Instagram and YouTube Algorithms as well as best practices.</li><li>Should be knowledgeable of basic video editing as well as strong hands-on experience using Canva for Post Creation.</li><li>Should possess a Confident and Pleasing personality and be ready to face the camera for various kinds of Content Creation.</li><li>Good Knowledge and Understanding of Compelling Content, SEO, and Copywriting.</li><li>Experience in doing research, extracting reports, and making efficient Social Media Strategies.</li><li>Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Possess Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.</li><li>Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong Work Ethic and willingness to learn and improve with the marketing team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
