We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow (SNOW) Scrum Master to support a mission-critical Intelligence Community (IC) customer. This role is ideal for a seasoned agile leader with deep expertise in Scrum methodologies and the ServiceNow platform, capable of driving delivery excellence across complex, multi-contractor environments.</p><p>
The Senior SNOW Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, mission-aligned solutions. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with senior IC leadership and enterprise stakeholders.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Scrum Facilitation &amp; Agile Leadership</b></p><ul><li>
Act as the Scrum Master for projects utilizing the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, roles, and best practices.</li><li>
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.</li><li>
Optimize team performance by managing velocity, tracking capacity, and ensuring timely delivery of sprint commitments and milestones.</li></ul><p><b>
Collaboration with Leadership &amp; Stakeholders</b></p><ul><li>
Engage closely with senior IC leadership to align project execution with mission priorities and strategic objectives.</li><li>
Collaborate across contractor teams and enterprise stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Foster alignment between multiple teams supporting interconnected efforts across contracts.</li></ul><p><b>
Project &amp; Risk Management</b></p><ul><li>
Manage project scope, schedule, and performance to ensure successful delivery of objectives.</li><li>
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.</li><li>
Provide regular status updates, metrics, and reporting to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.</li></ul><p><b>
ServiceNow (SNOW) Platform Expertise</b></p><ul><li>
Guide teams in leveraging and expanding ServiceNow capabilities to support mission needs.</li><li>
Coordinate platform updates, enhancements, and new feature implementations in collaboration with technical teams and IC leadership.</li><li>
Utilize SNOW tools (e.g., VTB boards) to track progress, manage workloads, and report performance metrics.</li></ul><p><b>
Mentorship and Team Empowerment</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as a servant leader and mentor, promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Coach team members on agile principles and ensure consistent application across all workstreams.</li><li>
Enable high-performing teams through effective facilitation, support, and leadership.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (required).</li><li>
Minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.</li><li>
Strong expertise in agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and servant leadership within complex, mission-driven environments.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow (SNOW), including managing VTB boards or equivalent agile tracking tools.</li><li>
Proven ability to engage with senior IC leadership, delivering clear, concise updates and facilitating strategic discussions.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multi-contractor and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and aligning teams to mission objectives.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education / Relevant Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Associate Degree + 10 years of relevant experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree + 8 years of relevant experience</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree + 6 years of relevant experience</li><li>
PhD + 4 years of relevant experience</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).</li><li>
Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) environments, directives, and mission workflows.</li><li>
Experience working across multiple contractor teams in a consultative or enterprise environment.</li><li>
Understanding of enterprise-scale delivery and coordination across diverse stakeholder groups.</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>
